The purpose of this corporation shall be: to promote social well-being of individuals within the community through education and entertainment; to be instrumental in promoting a better understanding of the community by networking with other segments of the general population; to promote and support the Arts and cultural exchanges, to sponsor an annual vigil against violence; to provide information to the general population though an ongoing speakers bureau; to publish a community resource directory; and to develop services and programs for the community as they arise.

Pink Pages 2008 (published June 2008) will be online this week (June 17)! Also, pick them up at most of the same distribution points as NewsLink (in Fresno, Hanford and Merced)!

GLBTQ Teen Only (High School Age) Social Group by Youth Alliance is every Friday from 6:30-7:30pm. See Youth Alliance page.

Fresno GLBTQI Youth Alliance social is every Friday at 7:30pm. See Youth Alliance page.

Gray Alliance meets twice monthly - once for dinner out (second Wednesday), once for potluck (usually last Sunday). See Gray Alliance page.

Rainbow Bowling happens every 1st Sunday (April through October) at 2:30pm! Games are open bowling, not in a league format, so play for fun! Mention "Rainbow League" to get $2.50/game rate + shoe rental. We have 4 lanes reserved. At Cedar Lanes, 3131 N. Cedar in Fresno.

It's A Queer Thang radio show on KFCF 88.1FM - Friday, 6/20 from 5-6pm. Music from performers at Pride festivals across the country & Guests: Tony, who's participating in AIDS Marathon.

QueerVolleyBall every Thursday 6:30pm and every third Saturday (6:30pm on 6/21, 7/19, 8/16, 9/20; 4pm on 10/18).

Since 1988 Community Link has been Providing Services to the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, & Trans-gendered communities of the Central Valley:
  • Fresno Youth Alliance
    The Youth Alliance has been around for the last 20 years - founded in February 1988 - providing a supportive and social group for younger members of our community in a safe and substance free environment. We provide weekly meetings and social activities.
  • Gray Alliance
    A social, support, and advocacy group for older members of the Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual community
  • NewsLink
    The Central Valley’s Monthly Gay Newspaper
  • Pink Pages
    The Central Valley's only Gay, Lesbian, and Bisexual Resource and business directory
  • Annual Fresno LGBTQ Pride Parade & Festival

We’re laying the foundation and working toward opening an all purpose Community Center, establishing a 24 Hour Crisis Line, and creating more support and social outlets for all members of our community. All of this takes time, money, and the support of the community.
